The name Sentinare combines “Sentinel” and “Care,” reflecting its purpose as a tool for senior care and patient monitoring. Using AI to detect and analyze human activities, Sentinare tracks health statistics and sends alerts for emergencies like falls, bed leaving, wandering, overstays, and absences.

To protect privacy, Sentinare employs an AI chip to convert people into stick figures, and only transmits stick figures instead of videos. Therefore, it can be used anywhere in the home, including bedrooms and bathrooms.

Usage: Sentinare is ideal for senior care, personal emergency response, medical alert, remote patient monitoring, remote therapeutic monitoring, and monitoring patients with Intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs).

June 2023: Sentinare 3 was introduced, with more friendly form factor, better voice call and night vision, Type-C USB cable, and more flexible mounting options than Sentinare 2.

Powerful fall detection: Sentinare can detect falls up to 6m (20 ft) away, and can detect slow falls of seniors. It is also not affected by pets.

Other features: Monitoring of restricted region (e.g. for wandering and bed leaving/exit), overstay and absence; fall risk assessment; fall prevention; face recognition; individual activity statistics; activity heatmap; hand-free voice call from app to the sensor; night vision; secondary user with limited access; daily/weekly email summary; web interface; API for third party integration.

Subscription Options:

Base Plan, No Monthly Fee: The hardware bundles come with all basic features without monthly fee, including up to 5 sensors in the account, 3 days of stick-figure recording, 14 days of alert history, 14 days of individual activity statistics, and weekly email summary. Multiple people can log in to the same account on different phones and receive alerts simultaneously.

Optional Subscription Plan: Supports Advanced Fall Detection with better performance, 10 sensors, 90 days of recording, alert, and individual activity history, daily email summary, and can assign secondary users (such as care workers) to access selected sensors and people.
