No, a smartphone is not required for the basic plan.

How do I know if my device is in a good coverage area?

The device will have a circle that will be green at the best coverage, yellow when it’s average, and red when it’s poor.

What is the band made out of?

The strap is made out of TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane plastic) and the band is not changeable.

How do you charge the MGMove?

With our voice assist technology, your watch will tell you when you have it correctly connected to the included magnetic charger and is charging. Your MGMove will need to be charged daily and only takes about 1-2 hours.

Can I change the watch face?

Yes, you can do this by going into the settings app on your watch. Please refer to your watch’s manual for further instructions.
