Switch the knobs on top and two sides to adjust dimension of the helmet. The size fits most people. Minimum size: 5.9’’(left to right), 6.7’’(front to back).Maximum size: 6.7’’(left to right), 8.3’’(front to back).

Quick Start Guide , Important Notes

Plug in the power cord / Install the 4 pcs of AA batteries. (Cannot powered by cord while there are batteries inside the remoter)Release the 3 knobs (on the helmet) to maximize the size.Wear the helmet and the helmet position. Make the top-knob located at central of the head and the 2-side-knobs symmetrically located at two sides of the head, and the 2 massage points on the back of the helmet located at the Fengchi..Tighten up the size by switching the 2-side-knobs and make the head feel JUST a little tight; Switch the top-knob to make the front air pressure bags aim at the Temples and the forehead.Turn on the device by long-pressing the “ON/OFF” button (on the remoter) for 2 seconds.Choose time, working mode and music.

– Time: 5,10,15 mins.

– Music: you can long press the music button to turn it off if you do not like them.

– Working Mode:

air pressure:

a: It gives pressure on Temples, then vibrates and releases; and then gives pressure all around the head, then vibrates and releases. The pressure is gentle and soft.

b: It gives gradually increasing pressure all around the head. The pressure is strong and it repeats 12 times before release.

c: It gives gradually increasing pressure all around the head. The pressure is softer than model (b) but stronger than model (a/d) and it repeats 3 times before releases.

d: It gives gentle pressure all around the head orderly, then vibrates and releases. The pressure is gentle and soft.

Tips:

If you have heavy headache, try the model (b); if not, try model (a/c/d).

If you feel pressure isn’t enough, tighten the size more; on the contrary, if you feel pressure is too much, release the size a bit.

Flash 1 time: low level

Flash 2 times: high level

vibration massage: 10 patterns for option.
